• We accept cash and card facilities are available on the premises as well.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Checkout: 10:00 AM

• Should you however wish to check in or out after or before the indicated hours above, a fee of R 450 will apply.

• All units are strictly non-smoking. Please smoke outside of the units and make use of the ashtrays.

• Upon leaving, guests are expected to leave the unit in the same condition as when they arrived.

• A breakage fee of R 500 will be charged upon checking in. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay should all be in order.

 
​LIABILITY

• Free private parking is available on site. All vehicles are parked at own risk

• The owners of Cammy's Guesthouse will not be liable for any guest's stolen or damaged property.

• Any damage to the property or its contents should immediately be reported to the owners. Guest will be liable should they fail to do so.

• Out of respect for all guests and neighbours, noise must be kept down to a comfortable level, and we request that there be no noise between 21h00 (9pm) and 08h00 (8am).

 
​SAFETY

• The safety of our guests is our top priority and therefore the following applies:

• Please be assured that we are available anytime during your stay with us to attend to any matters of urgency.

• The front metal gate at the entrance of the property must be closed and always locked.

• Kindly close all windows and lock all doors of the unit before leaving.

 
BRAAI AREA AND SWIMMING POOL

• The use of braai facilities is available for paying guests only. Wood and charcoal can be supplied upon request at an additional cost.

• The use of the gas braai and rotisserie is available upon request.

• Guests are requested to leave the entertainment area in the same condition they found it.

• DO NOT damage any property that does not belong to you.

• DO NOT move around any furniture in the braai room or around the pool

• DO NOT run around the pool and braai area.

• DO NOT dive in pool.

• The premises contains an unsupervised, open pool and which may be used at the guests' own risk.

• Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by their parents or legal guardian. A fee will be charged for additional day visitors.

• Please bring along your own towels as this will not be supplied.

• Guests are required to wear proper swimming costumes.

• No glass wear, food or drinks are permitted in the pool area. No running allowed around the pool and entertainment area allowed.

• Any guest under the influence of narcotics or alcohol will not be permitted in the pool area

 
CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposits and payments are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reserved arrival date. All reservations and cancellations to be in writing by fax or e-mail.

• A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival.

• A 100% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur in less than 15 days prior to arrival.

• All deposits and payments refunded is subject to a 20% handling fee.

• Cancellation fees apply irrespective whether the required deposits have been paid.
